Refund policy
At Pattern of Love, every item is made on demand, especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds except in the situations outlined below.
Returns & Replacements
We gladly offer a replacement or refund only if:
- We made an error in your order (wrong item, design, or size), or
- Your item arrived damaged due to a quality control issue or during shipping.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all items are produced on demand:
- Returns are not accepted for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing choices, or personal preference.
- Items that show normal wear or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or replacement.
Custom Orders
For custom or personalized items:
- Once a design has been approved for production, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
- Returns or refunds are not available for custom orders unless the error was made by us.
Order Cancellations
- Non-custom orders may be canceled only before production begins.
- Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled.
