What size are the buttons?
We offer buttons in three sizes: 1.25", 1.5", and 2.25". Please take a look at a ruler before ordering if you are unsure which size you would like. Although these buttons are the exact size listed, we occasionally receive unfair reviews from those who say the buttons "are smaller than they thought." We want everyone to be happy. The 1.25" is our most popular size, and most are very satisfied with it, but if you are ordering a design that has a lot of text or detail, then you might consider one of our larger sizes.
What is your return policy?
At Pattern of Love, every item is made to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds except in certain situations. You can view our full policy on returns and refunds here.
Can I get a refund if I feel my buttons are too small?
Respectfully, no. The size has been clearly stated in every listing, so you will know exactly what you are getting at the time of purchase. We do not keep an inventory of buttons, and we have nowhere to store returns. Please inspect the size you are considering beforehand with a ruler so that you know you will be satisfied with your purchase.
Can you design a custom button for me?
If you have an idea in mind, we are happy to custom-design a button for you. However, this is only available for sets of 50 pieces or more.
How much do custom/personalized designs cost?
There is no additional cost for a custom or personalized design; a minimum purchase of 50 pieces of the custom/personalized design is required.
Are the magnets for clothes?
No. The magnets in our shop are refrigerator magnets. The last photo in each listing shows both the back of the pin and the magnet. This type of magnet is not strong enough to work on clothes. However, we do have magtags that can be purchased separately. If you require magnetic badges of any size, contact us directly. Please be aware that the small pins require small magtags, which are very strong and not suitable for children, as they could potentially be swallowed and create a very dangerous situation. Please give serious thought to this before considering the use of magtags.
